The Juggle grew from my own lived experience and the kind of guidance I would have truly valued during that time. I am Becky, a HR Director and a coach, and I am also a mum to a four year old with another little one on the way. I understand the emotional load that parents carry and I also understand what employers expect. This blend of personal insight and professional experience shapes everything we do and it is why I care deeply about helping parents return with confidence and build careers that feel sustainable.
