Being a working parent is one of the toughest balancing acts you will ever face. You want to do well at work, be present with your children, and still have time for yourself, yet it often feels like there are never enough hours in the day.

At The Juggle, we support parents through every stage of this transition. Whether you are preparing to return from maternity or adoption leave or you have been juggling work and family life for years, we help you rebuild confidence, set healthy boundaries, and thrive in both your career and your home life.

The Juggle grew from my own lived experience and the kind of guidance I would have truly valued during that time. I am Becky, a HR Director and a coach, and I am also a mum to a four year old with another little one on the way. I understand the emotional load that parents carry and I also understand what employers expect. This blend of personal insight and professional experience shapes everything we do and it is why I care deeply about helping parents return with confidence and build careers that feel sustainable.
