About the Juggle

Our Story

The Juggle was born from my own experience of balancing career and family. As an HR Director, I’ve seen first-hand how talented parents can feel stretched when returning to work after maternity or adoption leave. And as a mum myself, I know how overwhelming the juggle can feel.

I’ve also volunteered with organisations supporting parents through pregnancy and early parenthood. That experience opened my eyes even further to the realities many families face, and underlined the urgent need for more proactive support.

I created The Juggle so that no one has to face that transition alone - and so that women don’t feel they have to choose between their career and their family.

Who's Behind The Juggle

I’m Becky, the founder of The Juggle. Alongside being a mum, I’m also an HR Director and a qualified coach. Over the last 15 years, I’ve supported hundreds of managers and employees through career transitions. I know what businesses expect, and I know how it feels to step back into work after time away.

What I didn’t realise at the time was that becoming a parent had actually made me better professionally. I’m more focused, empathetic, resilient, and efficient than ever before. It took me a while to see that - and I know many parents still struggle to recognise their own new strengths.

That’s why I created The Juggle: to help parents rebuild confidence, see their parenthood as an asset, and feel in control of their careers again - plus, because of my HR background, you’ll also be able to make use of my HR know-how, from flexible working requests to workplace policies, so you feel confident both personally and professionally.

Who is The Juggle 1:1 coaching for?

Parents who want more confidence, clarity, and balance in their careers - whether you’re preparing to return from maternity or adoption leave, or you’ve been back at work for a while and want to reset.

How does a discovery call work?

It’s a free 30-minute Zoom call where we talk about your challenges and goals, and you can decide if coaching feels right for you. There’s no pressure to commit.

What happens during 1:1 coaching sessions?

Each session lasts 60 minutes on Zoom. We’ll focus on your priorities - whether that’s confidence, boundaries, career clarity, or return-to-work planning - and you’ll leave with clear actions and support between sessions.

I’m not back at work yet. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Many parents start coaching before their return, so they feel ready and confident on day one.

Can my employer pay for this?

Yes! Many employers will cover the cost of coaching or return-to-work support as part of professional development, wellbeing, or parental leave support. We can provide you with a professional invoice and even wording to help you request funding from your employer.

Why choose The Juggle instead of using AI tools?

AI can provide tips and general information, but it can’t understand you. Coaching with The Juggle is personal, human, and based on real lived experience of balancing career and family. We don’t just give advice - we listen, challenge, and support you to take action. The accountability, empathy, and tailored guidance you get from a real coach can’t be replaced by a chatbot.
